Lord of the Rings.Return of the Ninja turtles

Manila (after) Dark..Some say that a big part of our problem is perception and one of the biggest battles can be won simply by believing and by making others believe that we as a country had progressed. There are significant development, HOWEVER, this however i'm mentioning here is as big as mount everest..Based on opinions, there are 2 types of Filipinos in the world, the Optimists and the Pessimist. I belong to the latter. I mean, i believe in the power and talents of our people, but man, I have more belief in the power of the Filipino politicians, they're just great if not the greatest, with the label of being the most corrupt in the world(excluding africe)(some say we're second next to Bangladesh), so the heck of it, we are equal to Zimbabwe,Uzbekistan and Haiti regarding rule of law and stability..our's is the greatest considering the potential, but theyre so powerful that i feel they possess the Lord of the Rings (the one in the movie type)(which brings great power and carries with it great evil). The Ring is also attracted to its Dark Master in Malacanang. sorry we don't have Frodo to destroy it! . It's having vast power they can transform the country in an indefinite suspended animation and people walking in Makati like zombies, moving in one direction, shouting one slogan, being towed by politicians howling, salivating, like hyenas..I'm actually playing safe by taking this position..Of course, it will take a minimum of 50 years if ever the Optimists will get victory, not in my lifetime, for now, it's clear, it's a losing battle fot them..it's more easy on the stomach (like aspirin) to take such a position. And I'm not alone, 6 out of ten filipinos..thats a staggering majority..
